Behavior Problems

While you may not currently possess the knowledge or skill needed to correct these types of behaviors once they have developed, there are training guidebooks, great websites as well as vets available to help you correct these problems.  There is always a reason for a particular behavior.  The challenge is to figure out what is causing it and resolve the problem.

Cats are creatures of habit.  When they begin to display a new or unwanted behavior there is often a medical reason behind it. If your cat develops some behavior problems such as those listed below, the first thing to try is taking to cat to a Vet to rule out any possible medical reason behind the new behavior.  Only once a medical reason is ruled out, should you pursue other options.

Below is a list of the common behavior problems and resources to resolve them.
